GOLF BREAKS (Packages including Accommodation and Golf)

Accommodation: Unless you have opted for a Tailor Made Package then all our Packages are based on 2 guests sharing a Twin Room on Half Board Basis (Bed, Breakfast & Evening Meal) - along with the number of  golf rounds requested.

Unlimited Golf: This is always subject to availability - and unless you book green fees at the time of booking, then we cannot guarantee Tee Times - and no refunds will be given if Tee Times aren't available.

Check in Times: The accommodation is normally available from 3.00pm on the day of arrival and you are asked to vacate by 12.00pm on the day of departure.

Deposits and Payments:- If the date of your arrival is less than 6 weeks away we will require full payment. If not, we require a deposit of £50 per person with the balance due 10 weeks prior to your arrival.

We accept Payment by either Paypal, Credit Cards and Bank Transfers, so making the payment could not be easier. If paying by PayPal or by a Credit Card then there is a surcharge of 3.4 percent.

Secure Payments:
We take transaction security very seriously. We handle all customer information using the secure server layer (SSL) technology. Secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard and is the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name and address.

It cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

In addition, Golf Play and Stay do not keep our customers' credit card information on file. No one can get access to your personal information.

Accommodation & Green Fee Vouchers: Your accommodation vouchers will be emailed to you within 48 hours of us receiving the final payment. You must take these vouchers with you as proof that the accommodation has been paid for in advance.

Golf Play and Stay will not make any refund for refusal of accommodation or Green Fees for not producing the vouchers

Any Changes: We realise changes to Golf Breaks are sometimes necessary. We will accept free of charge any changes made within 7 days of our confirmation to you (subject to availability). Please note that any changes to your golf booking after this period will incur a €20 administration fee. (not per person).

Golf Breaks - Golf: The full details of all the golf that is included in your golf break will be shown on your confirmation and on your vouchers. Please read the Golf Course - Important Information and Etiquette.

Disturbances: At golf venues, we accept no responsibility for loss of green fees or deposits where a person is refused play due to unacceptable behaviour, nor are we responsible where accommodation, deposits etc., are forfeited at hotels/self-catering/resorts due to unacceptable behaviour.

Insurance: We advise all clients not to travel without adequate holiday insurance.

Travel Documents: Your vouchers for golf and accommodation will be emailed to you. Please ensure you have your vouchers with you to give to the Caddy Master. Please report to the Caddy Master 30 minutes prior to play time. Accommodation vouchers must be handed to the supplier on arrival.

Golf Play and Stay : Supply to you as an agent for the various suppliers. Each supplier has their own individual terms and conditions, these will apply to your booking.
All prices are based on Local VAT (IVA) and will be subject to changes should the Local Rate Change.
