Farncombe
Estate is a 370-acre private estate in the north Cotswolds. We
offer bed and breakfast accommodation, weekend leisure breaks, day
courses and other events all year round. We are adjacent to the
Cotswold Way and look down on the picturesque village of Broadway.
There are footpaths in every direction.
Accommodation
is provided in one of 89 well-appointed en-suite bedrooms, arranged
in a village of buildings with stunning views over the Vale of
Evesham to the Black Mountains of Wales.
Facilities
include flat-screen colour TV with radio, telephone with wake-up
alarm, tea/coffee, hairdryer and study area. All bedrooms have
ensuite showers and many also have baths. We have a number of
dedicated ground floor rooms with wheelchair access. Dogs are
allowed in some rooms by arrangement.
At Farncombe,
we provide comfortable lounges for relaxing, a pool table and a
big-screen TV with satellite channels. Our well-stocked bar sells
our own-brand Ewe Nutter beer and a local Cotswold wine.
Full English
breakfast, fruit and pastries are served, buffet style, every
morning. Special diets can be catered for, on request. There’s
free WiFi, good mobile signal and ample free parking. We also have
a gym and a Nature Trail.
Our staff are
highly-experienced in catering for your needs. The only limit is
your imagination.

about 5 miles south of Worcester. The M5 and M50 motorways are
both just 10 minutes away from Junction 7 on the M5 or Junction

There are two adjoining houses at Roseland, surrounded by half
an acre of garden (with off-road parking) which visitors are
most welcome to enjoy. The main house accommodation is used for
bed and breakfast. The holiday bungalow annexe is dedicated to
self catering holidays or short term lets. When available it is
also used for bed and breakfast . There are two resident dogs in
the main house. Friendly 'visiting' dogs are welcome in both
houses. One host is a fluent French speaker and understands
basic German. It is a family run business.
The River Severn is about 30 minutes walk across leafy
cultivated countryside, with abundant birdlife ---- sightings of
herons, swans, geese, cormorants and buzzards are
frequent.---Anglers and their tented umbrella shelters are seen
regularly on dedicated fishing positions. Visitors fishing for
barbels and other species have stayed at Roseland several years
