of St.Ives harbour and shops.
All our
properties are situated in the heart of the "downlong" area which is the
original and the oldest part of St.Ives, retaining its charm, quaintness
and mystique. The decor, furniture and fittings enhance the character,
warmth and comfort of each of the cottages which are well above average
standard.
All of our
properties are ideally placed to take advantage of the excellent
Fishing, Walking & Golfing opportunities on offer in the region.

Bring your friends and
family to a warm and friendly site set in 3 acres of lawned,
sub-tropically planted grounds. Our tranquil site, which includes an
early 19th-century farm house, is surrounded by fields and woodland in
the peace and quiet of a secluded sunny valley. We are ideally situated
for both the North and South coasts, being only a few miles from the
beautiful beaches of Praa Sands, Prussia Cove, Perranuthnoe, Marazion,
Lamorna, and the delightful town of St. Ives. The local village offers a
general store, a post office and two pubs, and there are two large
supermarkets situated between Marazion and Penzance
Tents, Caravans,
Campervans are all welcome. We are a small site and avoid overcrowding,
giving everyone plenty of room to pitch their tents and ample space for
recreation. Dogs are also welcome, however, we ask that they are kept on
a leash and under control.
Our facilities
include: Clean modern tiled toilets with hand basins - Washing up sinks,
complete with plenty of free hot water - electric points for shavers,
hair dryers etc. - Separate shower block with spacious tiled cubicles,
plenty of hot water and privacy. Showers are coin operated - Launderette
- Electric hook-ups - Ice packs frozen (free-of-charge) - We pride
ourselves on keeping our site and facilities clean.
We offer two modern
30’ 6-berth caravans. Each individually sited with their own large
grassed area, patio set and washing line. Each caravan is connected to
mains electricity, Gas and water, which is included in total price. Our
holiday caravans are kept to the up-most cleanliness and are well
maintained. We therefore request non-smokers only please and do not
allow pets in these units. We also state no more than four adults per
caravan unless otherwise arranged.
Each caravan consists
of: Two bedrooms: one double and one twin - Lounge/diner colour TV,
fitted units and fire.The lounge can also be used as an additional
sleeping area - Fully equipped kitchen, with gas cooker and fridge -
Toilet and shower - Gas, electric and bed linen is supplied. Please
bring your own towels

All the usual facilities are available, along
with Indoor washing up sinks, free use of fridges and freezers and a
small laundrette with modern washers, dryers and ironing facilities all
help to make your stay comfortable and easy. Free Wi-Fi is available
over the whole site for all laptop equipped guests, and an internet room
is available for those who need to use a PC at nominal charge.
