Our villa is set in the grounds of Penstowe Manor holiday complex in Kilkhampton and is located approximately 500 yards from Penstowe Manor House. The village centre with its places of worship , village pubs, shops, eateries, and internet cafe, is about half a mile away from the villa. We are  just under three miles to the nearest safe surfing and swimming beach at Sandymouth Bay and Bude is only a fifteen minute drive away.  There are four 18 hole golf courses in the area and there is a short 9 hole course and driving range within a five minute drive. The Cornish Coastal Route, scenic country walks, sea/lake fishing and horse-riding are all available nearby.  You can also make full use Penstowe Manor’s extensive grounds, bars, shops, food outlets, launderette and extensive sports facilities.  We are ideally placed for exploring Cornwall and the many unspoilt fishing villages on the North Cornish coast.  For those who wish to travel a little further, the world famous Eden Project is less than 50 miles away.  The location is ideal for either relaxing on the beach or in the countryside, or for a more active holiday
