Originally a 17th century family farm, ‘La
Janais’ is now a tranquil, rural place for a family holiday, a long W/E
or even as a one night stop-over. Centrally heated B & B’s, or fully
furnished self catering ground floor apartment sleeping 4 or cottage
sleeping 8, both with private gardens and BBQ’s. Additional fold up
beds, high chairs and cots are available. Whether you are relaxing in
the ‘quiet garden’ by the pond, or burning off excess energy in the big
garden playing with the games provided, or in the swimming pool there is
plenty of room here for you.
We are located in a small country lane so
there is plenty of off road parking, no traffic noise and if you are too
tired to go out again we can provide a 4 course evening meal and drinks
from our private licensed bar. There are many local markets for easy and
varied shopping, nearby historical towns to explore, plenty to do and
see such as golf, swimming at inland facilities, sailing, pony trekking,
karting, zoo’s etc plus the Loire Valley vinyards to visit. The nearest
seaside resort is just over 1hr away. |

a beautiful 18th century farmhouse with
three stone Gites set in 5 acres of gardens, orchard, copse and fields.
The farmhouse
provides a warm, friendly atmosphere, with oak beams, stone fireplace
and wood burning stove helping our Bed & Breakfast guests feel totally
at home and relaxed.
The three, high
quality Gites, Walnut, Chestnut and Hazelnut, each sleep up to 6.
There is also a
well-equipped games room with a pool table, table tennis and table
