B & B and evening
meals in a charming 18th century watermill. Set in an idyllic and
tranquil location in the Pays de Bray, 10 kms from Neufchatel, the mill,
beside its small river, is surrounded by fields, orchards and woodland.
A Studio for self-catering or B&B is also available. Easily accessible
from the A28 and 30 mins from Rouen and Dieppe.
The rooms consist of a suite with a balcony over the wheel, two double
rooms as well as the Studio with its kitchen and large bathroom. All
rooms have their own private facilities.
Meals are taken out of doors in the summer in our purpose built
BBQ/eatery (using recycled beams from a barn) or in the large salon. The
menus consist of local produce and home-grown vegetables, salads and
fruit; eggs from our chickens and cider from our apples, made in
collaboration with a local expert.

"Les Gages”
is
a beautiful 18th century farmhouse with
three stone Gites set in 5 acres of gardens, orchard, copse and fields.
The farmhouse
provides a warm, friendly atmosphere, with oak beams, stone fireplace
and wood burning stove helping our Bed & Breakfast guests feel totally
at home and relaxed.
The three, high
quality Gites, Walnut, Chestnut and Hazelnut, each sleep up to 6.
There is also a
well-equipped games room with a pool table, table tennis and table
football; in the gardens, a 25' heated pool, 14’ dia. all-weather
trampoline, swings and slides.
Rural Mayenne
is green and hilly with many forests, lakes and rivers. Our village of
Brece, which has a Restaurant and a Bar, is ideally situated between
Gorron and Ambrieres -les-Vallees. Both of these towns offer a good choice of
restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Swimming, riding, walking, golf,
fishing, tennis, canoeing, sailing & windsurfing are all locally
available.

Maison Mittets is a well equipped modern three bedroom bungalow that
sleeps up to 6 people. The beautiful beach at Breville sur Mer is a
further 200 metres.
There are shops and bakeries about 3
minutes drive at Donville, and the E Leclerc hypermarket at Granville is
about 5 minutes. The golf club and restaurant and the local Auberge are
both easy walking distance. Sorry, no smokers or pets.
