‘Les écureuils’ (The Squirrels), is a luxurious villa, beautifully furnished with a lovely pool, floodlit boules pitch and tree filled gardens - Situated on the outskirts of Montagnac, 8 mins walk from the charming centre, where there is a market every Friday - This secluded villa, is approached through electric gates and has a large parking area.

Accommodation incudes: 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and utility with cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. An approx. eleven mile drive along the corniche brings you to the championship course at Cap d'Agde par 70 with water hazards: also 9 hole 'pitch and put' The Massane Golf Club - near Montpelier (30 mins)or Beziers a bit further and the two courses at Nîmes still within easy distance;
