The
farmhouse lies in the pretty village of Aix-en-Issart approximately 20
minutes by car from the chic costal resort of Le Touquet. It is about 45
minutes from the channel tunnel exit, 30 minutes from Boulogne and 60
minutes from Calais.
There
are several other small villages within a short car ride or easy cycling
distance. The countryside is rolling with plenty of opportunity for
pleasant walks or cycling. There are numerous activities (fishing,
horse-riding and canoeing), attractions, historic towns, lovely white
sandy beaches and fine restaurants all within easy reach. The house is
divided into 2 units – the main house which sleeps 6-8 and the
annexe which sleeps 2-4. They can be hired separately or together (in
which case there is an interconnecting door which can be opened).
