Grange,Portstewart, is only a
5 minute drive from Portrush on the beautiful North Coast, home of the
famous North West 200 motorcycle race.
This is a high quality four bedroom self catering townhouse featuring a
lounge with patio doors leading to a secluded grass garden. It has a
fully equipped kitchen contains fridge/freezer, washing machine and
microwave.
There are two parking spaces to the front. Strand Beach and Portstewart
Promenade are within walking distance.
This self-catering holiday accommodation is only available from
June-September.
This holiday home has an excellent location and is very convenient to
Portrush, Giant's Causeway and Bushmills with its famous whiskey
distillery.
There are good bars and reataurants all within easy walking distance and
loads of high quality golf courses including Royal Portrush (home course
of Graham McDowell - US.Open champion). |

superb semi-detached residence is set within a quiet cul-de-sac less
than a five minute walk from the West Strand beach; a beach which
continues to receive the European Blue Flag for quality. It is ideally
situated, close to Royal Portrush Golf Club, acclaimed wine bars,
restaurants and the famous Barry’s Amusements.
Accommodation is
suitable for 6 adults and 2 children. It comprises of a master bedroom
with ensuite bathroom, fully equipped with Jacuzzi sanitary ware. A
further double bedroom is situated on the ground floor, providing
sleeping accommodation for those perfect babysitters – grandparents!
There is a wet room on the ground floor, ideal for showering after a day
on the beach. There are a further two bedrooms, one with adult – sized
bunk beds and the other with twin beds.
Fairmount Coast
Lodge also offers spectacular panoramic sea views from its upper level
viewing lounge complete with bathroom and kitchen facilities. There is a
sunny enclosed garden with patio furniture and a gas barbeque for
seasonal outside dining. French doors give access to this private paved
area. There is private off road parking for two cars and a secure garage

Our Beach House is
situated in Castlerock which is on the North Coast of Northern Ireland,
5 miles west of Coleraine (30 minute drive from City of Derry Airport
and an hours drive from Belfast). Its scenic views embrace the River
Bann flowing out to the Atlantic, as well as eye-catching views of the
hills of Donegal and on a clear day, views of Scotland. It's ideal
location on the Causeway coast, appeals to families, naturalists and
sports enthusiasts.
Castlerock has a
beautiful long, safe sandy beach which is suitable for swimming and
popular amongst surfers. By the dunes is the fabulous links golf course
and visitors are welcome any day of the week. Castlerock's location also
appeals to both walkers and cyclists. Famous local places to visit
include The Giant's Causeway, Bushmills Distillery and Dunluce Castle,
with many excellent shops, restaurants and wine bars nearby.
Castlerock offers
much for the spring and summer seasons, but there is also much to be
enjoyed in the winter months. Visitors can savour the solitude and enjoy
the ever-changing seas that are all part of the magic at this time.

Sitting on a hill overlooking the
spectacular Gortin Valley this quite Country House is Ideal for lots of
activities all within a 3 mile radius. Golf at both the Manor Kilrea and
Brown Trout Aghadowney courses. Within one half mile you have Northern
Ireland's Number One Sky Diving Centre with the wild geese ideal for

the Garvagh Gun Club or why not try your hand at Rough shooting arranged
by us. Superb fishing is available on the large River Agivey. Horse
