The Kenton Hotel has
a stunning location situated on the cliff tops at Porth between
Watergate Bay and Newquay, with uninterrupted panoramic sea views for
miles around.
Porth
is a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of Newquay town
centre, but also has the added bonus that it is still close enough for
you to get to in just a few minutes by car, or even just a 30 minute
walk for the more active person. We are also located just half a mile
from Watergate Bay with Jamie Oliver’s
Fifteen Restaurant and the Extreme Sports Academy where you can
take part in all kinds of beach activities as well as many different

grade II listed Building, centrally located on the Isle of Thanet.

'Piglet Place is
ideally situated for the Royal St George's Golf Club, and other local
courses.
The cottage is
within easy access to all the Thanet coast for fishing, and only twenty
minutes from Dover for Channel crossings
Piglet Place is a
superior conversion of a former farm building. Quite detached, built of
timber under a slate roof on a brick base. It stands on the edge of a
young woodland in the hamlet of Barnsole, between Canterbury and Dover.
It is very well insulated, wonderfully cool in the summer and warm in
winter. Double glazed, with electric storage heaters & furnished to a
very high standard.
Piglet Place has its own garden, with covered patio with laundry room
leading off, barbeque and swimming pool which is solar heated during the
summer.
There
is secure off road parking. In addition it has it's own
