Helsey House Cottages are perfectly placed to explore the rural coast of Lincolnshire and the Wolds.  Situated within the private grounds of Helsey House in the hamlet of Helsey near Hogsthorpe we offer two cottages converted from the orginal cattle stalls. Both are single storey and on one level with no steps and have been furnished to the highest standard whilst maintaining original features and character of the buildings. There is ample parking in the grounds. The owners live on site so are available for help and advice. We also offer Free wi-fi access.

We especially welcome families with special needs. We are parents of two autistic boys and have experienced interesting and challenging holidays in the past as a family. These experiences prompted us to set up our own holiday cottages within the private grounds of our home as we understand the stresses of planning a family holiday with children with special needs. They are brick built with exposed beams and brickwork, and the old original upper floor supports are still in place resting on the stone padstones. They are graded as three star by the English Tourist Board.
