Alboran Golf Club

The Mediterranean Village’s Alborán Golf Course was one of the main building works carried out for the Almería 2005 celebration. With a budget of 12.000.000 euros, building began in September 2003 and took just over 14 months.
The course is located in the new urbanisation El Toyo , just next to the beach and some 15 km from the city, spanning some 400.000 square metres.
It meets all the requirements in order to be one of the best golf courses in Europe, states Ramón Espinosa, the architect and designer of Alborán de Golf, and the quality of his design is highlighted by the fact that it can be enjoyed by professionals and amateurs alike
